Dear Parents and Friends,
A word from the Library
As it is Library policy that students do not borrow books
from the library during the holidays, students will not be bringing books home
this week. However, hopefully you will all have many opportunities to enjoy
some books of your own together during October break.
Below is a link to a great website highlighting the
importance of reading aloud to your child everyday. Please take the time to
explore the great articles and ideas.
Early next quarter
APIS will be hosting our first book fair for the year. Local book company Books@53,
will be joining us at both campuses on November 12-14. This will be a wonderful
opportunity for students and parents to purchase books and continue to
strengthen a love for reading.
